What to expect

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a receipt directly from Stripe (our payment card processor) and an email confirmation that will enable you to add the session directly to your calendar/diary.

Following the automated confirmation, we’ll be in touch by email to outline exactly what we need from you, so we can prepare for your Session.

On the day

We’ll kick off with a Get it Done! Strategy Session (60-90 minutes). During this time together, we'll agree a brief with you and strategise how we're going to approach your project. We'll also use the time to ensure we can access your system(s) to Get it Done!

Please have your system/tool passwords to hand and bear in mind that due to internet security, there may be points throughout the day, when we need you to approve security or 2-Factor Authentication requests.

Following the call, we'll spend the rest of the day implementing, optimising or streamlining your system.
